Returns

Timeframe

All items are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of receiving your order. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change.

Not sure what can be returned?

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original packaging.

Instructions for returning defective products

Send us an email to sales@chicibiki.com and include your reason for returning along with a photo. We will then contact you regarding next steps.
